I have experienced the same problem. I believe that I have developed a procedure which seems to work. I use the top feed and only insert one paper at a time whatever size (such as H Photo rag 308). I place the paper in the feed towards the front and then apply gentle pressure to the top of the sheet as an assist as the printer kicks in to print. Once the printer grabs the paper, don't apply any further pressure. I gave up on letting the printer print without this assst.Hope this helps with your problem. _laurencenj6@laurenc_ (mailto:laurencenj6@...) ******************************************<WBR>*********<WBR_http://www.aol.ht tp_ (http://www.aol.com./) [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
