THanks for your responses. I'm able to get the velvet 8x11 to load, but not the super B (13x19). The problem with using the top sheet feeder, unless I'm missing something, is that if you choose that in the page setup, the choice for velvet paper is grayed out, so you can't choose the advanced settings in the printer settings menu. Is there a work around this? I was really excited to see the first small prints - much more neutral B&W image and a good color match(compared the the Epson 2200) just using the epson profiles, but this paper feeder is a nightmare!
