Can't comment on how ProfileMaker deals with profiles for tinted B&W inks, it 
doesn't actually have features designed for that, but custom targets are an 
option in high end software like that, so what it does automatically, and what 
its capable of, with advanced twiddling, are different things. 

What you typically do is to NOT use ProfileMaker to build the profiles if you 
are using QTR; you use the EyeOne (or a PrintFIX PRO spectro, same general 
process) to take measurements for QTR linearization, and for CreateICC grayscale 
profiling. This does not automatically make tinted profiles, you have to get 
more advanced for that.
