Hi Lou, RR's UP Satin 2.0 _is_ a nice paper, but it's not acid-free.
The base itself is acid-free, but the coating is acidic. 

(The only paper that I'm aware of that takes PK inks, is completely
OBA-free and acid-free is Crane Museo Silver Rag.)
