Digital BW, The Print

Anyone using this scanner and willing to give some patient help to a newcomer?
For instance, I've discovered how do scan multiple jobs (ie more than 1 negative at a time), but not how to
clear all the jobs, ie if I've got 4 jobs for 1 set of negs and only 1 for the next, the software still
creates 4 jobs/files. The online help is almost useless for simple things.
