It is the same with many of the computer programs as well. Just because they
can add a neat graphic function, they do. Processing speed goes down and
soon that Super Duper Dual processor and Massive HD is crawling along
stuffed to the brim garbage.

I am constantly banging heads with the web people at work that want to
just up the bit rate of our radio stream, add stupid flash to web
pages, etc....

I do understand what your complaint is about, just because many more
people have high speed now doesn't mean that we should stuff the pages
with so much garbage that only the high speed users can see them. Less
is still more!
