Digital BW, The Print

I'm in the middle of making several prints to send to a journal for
possible publication.  I was printing BO on my 220, which I've had
very good luck with thus far.  In a year of very light use I never had
a clog or any problem with it.

However, my last two images looked something like this:

I am so new to this process that I don't even know what a clog looks
like.  I'm guessing this is it?

Next question: what do I do about it?
