That's not a head clog--run a nozzle check to reveal that.  This looks like 
an ink leak inside the printer.  Say, from a bad cartridge or a 
malfunctioning CIS or saturated waste pads, etc.

I'm in the middle of making several prints to send to a journal for
possible publication.  I was printing BO on my 220, which I've had
very good luck with thus far.  In a year of very light use I never had
a clog or any problem with it.

However, my last two images looked something like this:
