The *.acv curves always appeared to work fine on Macs as long as they were
ones where the driver was set to "No Color Adjustment."  (I'd made some,
mostly early ones, that used "Color Controls."  This setting appears to be
different on the different platforms.)

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
