Digital BW, The Print

To all of those folks in the San Francisco Bay area (and Santa Cruz).
I will attempt to put together a meeting. This can be informal or we could all chip in and get a small meeting room at one of the newer motels (Quality Inn)
etc. We could order up some pizzas and maybe setup a "system". I am open for any thoughts you have ---- please contact me off list. 
  a.. Let me know where you live (what city)
  b.. Meeting room ? or Public Facility you know about
  c.. Set up a system or just show prints and talk ?????
  d.. Week day night or weekend day ????
  e.. When would everybody like to do this by ?

To any others who have set up a meeting -- any do's or don'ts. Any help / thoughts welcome.
