Yes, I use it on German Etching, Moab Entrada, and Photo Rag. Same 
issues as on canvas but more so. Paper tends to streak a bit more than 
canvas.

I use two coats of the Glamour and a final coat of DCP's "Giclee" 
Varnish--just happen to like the way it looks.
