As Paul indicated, the culprit is usualy an air pocket around the ink 
outlet. If you don't already have one, get a syringe (and some bottom 
fill adaptors), and use it to pull any air out of the outlet area.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
