But, as you can tell with some of the other responses, it will come down to personal taste. It is possible to do this streak-free, I do it nearly every day--but it's not easy. It takes a lot of practice. As to the comment about not understanding why anyone would use these brush-on coatings on fine art papers--well, not really sure how to answer that, other than there being a variety of artistic methods and techniques non of which will appeal to everyone.
