RE: [Digital BW] profile question

2007-10-26 by Eric Neilsen

Frank, Right click on them, you may need to click one at a time, and select
install. That should put them in your XP color folder where they will be
seen by ICC compliant programs. Lightroom for one, was one of those programs
that required an "install" rather than just dropping it in the Color folder.
The settings that you want for the driver will have all those great Epson
names SP3800, or SPW 4800, stuff like that and those will tell the driver
how much ink to use and those are set in the properties tab in the driver.
Depending on the OS and printer you may want to make one a default or allow
the driver to select auto.

thanks
I have windows XP Media. I also have them in a separate folder
called "profiles". What I do, from what you said, is find the
profile>click install and they will install. Do I direct them to
install someplace or do they just install on their own to the epson
drivers.
thanks for the help
Frank
