hello, I downloaded the QTR into my Program files with a short cut on my desktop. I read the directions of how to begin printing twice. I click the shortcut and all the files in the QTR show up but nothing like the screens that are shown in the User Manual, or Paul Roark's articles. Can someone help me with this please. I am hoping to print some test prints on the papers I bought from MIS with the R1800. I am using Windows XP. thanks for any help.
