The first warning that I will need a new cart comes when the ink is down to 20% in a cart, and the last when it is down to 5% (and it tells me those percentages), and when it gets to 0% it stops and requests me to change the cart. In between, it gives me messages like the current one, saying that I can print about 25 more pages like the last one before I need a new cart. All in all, very helpful reminders. Bob Frost.
