>Why don't you use one printer for PiezoBW inks and the other for the Variable >inks. That way you could see a difference. I wish I could. But I have not used Piezography in a number of months as the Cone inks clogged up my printer and CIS. Had to return my printer to Epson for a refurb - used every trick in the book to unclog. Also the CIS black ink line was completely clogged big time. I used the CIS syringe to unclog it - took two pumps of the plunger to unclog and out came a thick paste. It seems if the system is not used for a period of time the pigments separate somehow into a paste! I have a new cart for the CIS so I want to start fresh. Besides I'm low on inks and need either a new supply of Piezography inks or Full Spectrum. Anyway is it overkill to have both VM Inks and Full Spectrum Inks with the Piezography driver? Best, John V.
