Digital BW, The Print

Hi Gang............


  Here is where I am at..............

  I ran out of yellow and light black ink in my Epson 2400.
  The printer sat for a few days (it was turned on) before
  I installed new inks.

  I am using OEM Epson ink cartridges.

  Instead of charging the inks,
  the printer is rapidly flashing the lights 
  on the top two buttons.


  I have turned it off for a few minutes
  and I have tried un plugging it.

  They are still flashing.........

  HELP!
