Sample Legion/Moab packs have all sorts of matte papers, plus Colorado Fiber gloss, LaSal gloss and lustre as well as the paper that most interested me, *Colorado fiber Satine*, which was immediately great (I'll leave it to somebody else to measure Dmax). However, with 2200, Colorado and LaSal glossies as well as LaSal Lustre I initially had scuffing on white borders (not printed area) well into what would be image areas if I was filling the paper... NOT with Satine. Workaround for glossy and lustre : use back slot AND lift the receiving tray 1" to elevate exiting paper: Perfect. Scuffing came from rollers in the top, compounded by a bend somewhere in the printer. Never had scuffing on the former Kokopelli and Costco Kirkland. Colorado Fiber Satine may be more beautiful than HPR. Colorado Fiber Gloss may or may not be as beautiful as Satine, depending on the amount of gloss you want to see. If I was using a 2400 I'd be especially eager to see if Gloss appealed more to me than Satine. These Legion/Moab papers aren't heavy at around 245gsm, which I like. They don't curl, though reportedly did when first introduced.
