Digital BW, The Print

I am making a new portfolio book, and plan to forego the sleeving and 
just put the prints in directly.  Obviously, I need a duo paper, and 
I'm not sure which way to go.  I see that my old favorite Hahnemuehle 
Photo Rag is available as a duo, which is nice, but I want to check 
around first.  I've been using Innova F Glossy, which I sadly must now 
abandon for this purpose.

My most important criterion is dmax.  My pictures have quite a bit of 
black.  I also shoot really grainy, so the ability to reproduce sharp 
fine detail is up there as well.  Finally, the paper should be 
reasonably durable so I'm not reprinting images everytime the book 
comes back.  Ink:  not sure yet.  I started another thread on 
monochrome CIS systems, so whatever I end up with should match the 
paper well.  Recommendations for ideal combinations are welcome.
