Digital BW, The Print

Just received a pack of s Ilford Gold Fibre, and this appears to my eye every bit as nice as 
Innova Ftype...but at close to half the price.  I am in the middle of profiling, but it looks 
very very nice to me in my first tests.

The Innova Ftype is a paper that seems very prone to surface flaws.  The Semi Matte seems 
better, but still has occasional surface flaws that are annoying.  Given the regularity of 
surface flaws, the price is exorbitant IMHO.

Anyone have much experience with this new Ilford paper?  I am thrilled to finally see a 
paper that is cost effective...and on first impressions... very good quality control.

This has a hand and feel very much like my old beloved Ilford Galerie VC silver 
paper....slightly warm base without the warmth getting in the way.  

What are others impressions of this Ilford Gold?  Any downsides that anyone is aware of?
