Digital BW, The Print

I bougth the PrintFixPro in order to generate profiles to my MIS FSN 
inks and 1160 combo. I downloaded the upgrade to the Spyder3print 
software,I print and read the HQ chart,it saves the xml file,but when it 
tries to build the profile, it hangs about 2/3 of the jobs...If I use 
one of the sample xml included in the S3P,it builds the profile all 
right. Has it happened to anyone? C.D. ?
