Hi Steve: I thought those Lineco hinges were a great product as well. I know of two other suppliers, but they are not cloth: <http://tinyurl.com/26o6hm> Print File (they are black and I'm not sure what the construction is-the "detailed description" doesn't say. http://www.pinazangaro.com/html/refills.html (these are white and are made from polyester) Many custom bookmakers such as Brewer Cantelmo in NY can make and attach cloth hinges. This is often a preferable approach because attaching hinges properly is not easy (at least not for me). <http://tinyurl.com/2pjyux> (Kingston Hinging from Brewer Cantelmo). Hope that helps, Andrew --------------------------------------------------- Andrew Darlow Editor, The Imaging Buffet http://www.imagingbuffet.com Author, 301 Inkjet Tips and Techniques: An Essential Printing Resource for Photographers - http:// www.inkjettips.com On Dec 15, 2007, at 10:57 PM, Steven Karafyllakis wrote: > Thanks Greg, but no luck-they don't have anything > > Good source to bookmark though... > > Steve Karafyllakis > > --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "Greg" > <dfaprinting@...> wrote: > > > > Would you be able to make what you want from something from this > place: > > http://talasonline.com/ > > > > type hinge in the search box for something that might work. > > > > > > > > > > > Does anyone have a source for the Lineco 12" cloth hinges that > Red > > > River was selling a while ago?
