If HP US support is that awful, HP UK will for sure be much worse - and of course the printer itself costs more here too. It's bad enough when cheap kit is a PITA, unthinkable at this price level. I've also belatedly found long discussions of paper feed issues and gamut/profiling problems (which may have been resolved in firmware upgrades).
