Hello Kevin, the EEM will yellow pretty rapidly. take a fresh sheet out, cover half of it and leave it out for a week. You won't even have to put it in the sun, just on top of a desk will usually do it. Leave a printed image out and then a week later print the same image on a fresh sheet and compare. See if you can live with the yellowing or not.
