Don, Sounds like one of your inks is not making its way through all the nozzles of the print head. Try printing the "purge" file from MIS, without any color management and see if it is confined to one ink. It may well be some air in the cartridge. I think that MIS suggests three clean cycles on the printer and then printing the purge file again. If it does not clear after a few pages them maybe you need to prime you cartridge again. Don't give up, the 1160 is worth it.
