Microbanding is capricious - it may mysteriously appear and just as mysteriously go away. Still, in addition to what Nodbo has to say, the other things to try are the head alignment utility and the paper thickness lever. Since the paper thickness lever actually moves the heads closer and further from the paper, if you were to try both it would make sense to first change the paper thickness lever, THEN realign the heads for that lever position.
