I assume you placed the order and request by email. With any business you're much better off dealing by phone rather than by email, especially when time is critical as it appears to be in your case and especially during the Christmas season. I used MIS inks for many years. Their service was excellent but I always called rather than hoping they'd separate my email message from the massive amounts of spam most businesses receive every day. ----- Original Message ----- From: "lancscott" <lancscott@...> To: <DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com> Sent: Thursday, December 27, 2007 7:55 AM Subject: [Digital BW] Experiences with MIS I placed and order with MIS several days before their shipping deadline for the holidays and asked for confirmation that my order was recieved and if they could tell me if it was shipped before they shut down for the holidays. I have heard nothing. The ink is for a client's project. The deadline is not for sometime, so I can wait a little. I guess what I would like to know is if this kind of service in normal for MIS. My other option would be to go with Piezography. Anyone know if the Piezography people are better to deal with?
