Hello Drew, >Question: should the heavier Hahnemuhle 308 feed or is there >something wrong with my printer? I was able to feed heavy papers in my R200 by putting a slight bend in the paper so the leading edge is pointed more toward the grabber to begin with. Then I also put my fingers on top of the paper and put a bit of downward pressure on the top edge to ensure that the leading edge moves into the path of the grabber. Note that you don't want to push the paper in (that will cause it to pass through), but just enough pressure to ensure the paper moves forward enough that the grabber can get hold of it. It will then pull it in. Takes a bit of practice to get just the right feel for it. It's very persnickity.
