Andre, I've had a lot of trouble getting Moab Kayenta (205 gsm) to load in my R220. Can you tell me what you mean by 'outside bend' and 'inside bend'? Maybe that's my problem. I've tried everything, using many tips from this group - slight curve in the paper, cleaning the rollers with alcohol-moistened watercolor paper, etc. The paper goes into the printer, so it does get picked up... but then passes right through. And I was as gentle as I could possibly be when I gave a 'nudge' along the top edge. The strange thing is I can feed 8 1/2 x11 ok, but not 5 x 7 (both are loaded in portrait orientation of course).
