I'm not sure why, but the last time I checked the 4:3 mix it was too high. I'd switched to a different source for the glyerin (San Jose Chemical). Hopefully there is not that much difference, but the new source is said to be more pure. Also, Photo Flo raises the viscosity. So, adding it requires the glyerin/water ratio to be changed.
