Hi, I have printed without problems before but am now getting a roller mark on A4 paper which shows particularly in grey skies. Viewing the top of the sheet, which comes out of the printer first, the mark starts about 30mm from the top (but maybe less because of the white border, and 35mm from the left. The mark is 15mm wide and about 42mm long. It looks as though the roller is sticking. I am using Innova Satin paper (aka semi matt?)with the matt paper setting (because I got a higher Dmax). I am printing with the PKN inks and glop. I have fed a sheet of paper with windolene on it to clean the rollers and have changed the setting in the print drive to 'thick' but to no avail. I have put a sheet of 300gsm card through but could not discern the effect. I have access problems to the rear of the machine and have difficulties using the rear auto and manual slots. The paper doesn't get taken up and the machine flashes the paper warning red light at me. How do I get the paper to take up with the rear slots to try to avoid the roller? Any suggestions please?
