Ya!! I would think that the place that has bulk ink would have a syringe. I place the cart on a surface designed to absorb spills. I poke a hole through the epson film on top. load syringe and slowly transfer ink to cart. I use the tap/rap method to settle ink and disloge air bubbles. I rap the ink exit flat against the work surface.
