Hi Duane, Great insight. My "working" 3000 came from a eBay seller with blocked damper and a shot head(the 1270 didn't work either) . I just want original quadtone on the 3000 - I could care less about innovation . Where do I find ESC-Q-100%-4-K? The 1270 will eventually get Eboni for BO, if they don't phase that out. I've been cutting stiff posterboard (22x28", 10sheets for $4) and running it though QTR on the transparency/film setting. I'm quite happy with it. So, I don't want to change this match-up : ) Who needs HPR?? *********** REPLY SEPARATOR *********** On 2/7/08 at 3:58 AM dlruckus wrote: >--- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "Gary Weaver" ><garww@...> wrote: >> >> Thanks for the advice, Duane! >> >> I don't know what to do about replacing the Quadtone in the 3000 >yet.
