Thor -- I've ordered from MIS a few times, and have on occasion noticed poor coordination between sales/customer service and shipping. I woujld not bother leaving messages if I were you . . . just get a salesperson live and go from there. OTOH, I placed a small order last week and everything was perfect. Helpful info from the sales person, and everything was delivered promptly and accurately.
