Neutral, H= +10 Vertical= +10, Shadow -15, Hi=lites +10
Med Warm, H=+20, Vert.= +20, Shadow -15, hi-lites +10
Warmer, H=+40, Vert.=+40, shadows -15, hi-lites +10

These will give you a good starting point.  There were several other values given in this 
forum, quite a while ago.
