It's 3.5 times wider, has an eye one spectrometer aboard for
calibration and profiling etc, 12 ink channels instead of 8
and ink is 60% lower in price (ML) compared to a B9180.
Buy a secondhand Epson 9000 if they still exist and you get
a nice recycling premium from HP too. Seems the ads didn't
give enough information. With that price I still doubt that
it generates enough money for HP on the hardware and the ink
price per ML from all 3 manufacturers is the same per cart
size = competing model.

I doubt there's a market for a B9180 with 12 channels and a
spectrometer, it will be 3-4 times the price of a normal
B9180. That's why I think they need a 17" that is a hybrid
between the two models.
