Considering that the heads for the little machines are pretty much 
identical to the big machines, it makes financial sense to use that 
head in the smaller printers. There is really nothing to prevent them 
from using the larger head in the desktop printers, and it even means 
more ink consumed because you will be purging one more cart with 
every cleaning. And we all know that ink and paper are where they 
make the real money.
