I picked mine up at the Epson store for 299 with free shipping...that was a half year ago. All was intact, ink, manuals, both CD and hard copy etc.
I had a problem with it printing, I sent it back to Epson three months after I bought it, and they sent me a new one. They told me to keep the inks and the plasticware for the roller and only send the printer.
