Re: Epson C88

2008-03-30 by Stephen Kobrin

Sorry to jump into this thread late, but I have been away. I suspect
that the R1800 and 800 are very variable with respect to feeding
problems. I gave up on my R800 because of the difficulty of feeding
anything thicker than EEM into it. I had to hand feed it and "catch"
the feed at just the right moment. After a while I could do it, but it
was not worth the trouble. Others, however, seem to have used both
the 800 and the 1800 without problems. By the way, this was my second
R800 as Epson replaced the first because of feeding issues.
