I've been printing all my black and white on a pair of old Epson
3000's, using MIS Eboni and UT-FS inks. I love the quality, but they
are s-l-o-w. Also, each printer takes up more than its share of space.
I reserve my Epson 4000, with it's regular Epson inks, for color
work. No complaints there.
Now I'm contemplating ditching the 3000's, and using QTR on my Epson
4000. How would the quality compare?
By the way, I use Moab Entrada for most of my printing, occasionally
Hannemuhle Photo Rag. Any comments on preferred papers for the 4000
with Epson inks (particular reference to dMax)?
