Digital BW, The Print

Is it just me or would it be nice if the paper manufactuers started 
supply their fine art papers in sizes that perhaps a large majority of 
American photographers would like to print to, in terms of creating 
nice portfolios.  Specifically I am thinking around 5X7, 8X10, or 
11X14.  A large number of the nice portfolio boxes I've seen start at 
11X14.  I'd like to create a portfolio of non-matted images but have 
little papaer choices.  Yes I can cut down the 11X17, thats not the 
point.  Anyone have a favorite 11X14 matte paper for black only 
printing (R1800 3MK)?  If Epson would cut their Fine Art Velvet to that 
size I'd be happy.
