Why not try sourcing some European portfolio boxes?  The Metric sizes A4,
A3, etc conform fairly well to the 2:3 format and are readily available.  I
have the opposite problem here in the UK - I shoot mainly 4x5 and there are
very few paper sizes and only a limited choice of boxes that conform to that
format.

  What I would like, is if the makers of frames, paper, portfolio boxes,
  clear bags, etc. realized that many people's photographs who use DSLR's
  is in the 2:3 format. 6"x9", 8"x12", 12x18". That is what I would like
  to see. I don't like the dimensions for most subjects, but right now
  that is what I am stuck with.
