I am not as knowledgeable as most of you-all here, but, representing those of us who are lower in the learning curve than you, I have a few questions that do not impinge on the legal issue: - I would like to try your (Black Point Editions) 3800 HNM photo rag profile, but is it for Natural or Bright White? - Despite having read Eric Chan's 3800 Web site and following the various links on it I still am not clear on how to use an ABW profile once I have one. I only understand how to use profiles when Photoshop manages colors, but I thought to use ABW I had to let the printer manage colors? Anyone, a clear description would be a boon! - I have been hunting and hunting for an understandable description of how to create my own ABW profiles. I have an I1 spectrophotometer and Harrington RIP and MeasureTool and I have read Giorgio Trucco's explanation of how to use them, but the process of linearization still escapes me. Does anyone know of a clear explanation? I'll buy a book if I have to. Or pay for an online class. Or even attend a workshop, though that would be more difficult. Thanks for any help, - susan --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, Walker Blackwell <forums@...> wrote: > > How many people want Epson Advanced Black and White ICC profiles?
