Digital BW, The Print

Hi,
I output a print for a client yesterday and found there were two very sharp and fine, faint lines in the solid black areas of the matte paper output from my Epson 2100 (spaced about 6.5 cm apart).

I've had roller marks before but this was different - the rollers make softer, wider marks in black areas and these were cleaned by spraying paper with glass cleaner, running it through the printer and gripping it so that the rollers scrape against the paper as it's help still for a second.

I tried that technique again in a vain hope that it might do something. 

It didn't remove the two track marks but added the roller marks that this technique had previously removed.

So I'm stumped.

If anyone can suggest anything I'd be keen to hear any suggestions.     

I've had years of reliable service from this machine so these things are bound to happen eventually.
