Alan, Sounds like a very productive 4 days. I wish I had know about it. I live in Menlo Park/Redwood City and would have enjoyed such a class. If you would like to meet or chat contact me at paul@... I am always interested in meeting others. I recommend this workshop to people with intermediate to advanced skills. I picked up lots of useful information and was able to take my BW efforts to a higher level. During the workshop, I made lots of BW prints with both a matte paper ( Epson Velvet FA) and pearl paper (Han PR Pearl) . Can I poll the members of this group as to which general type of paper they favor for BW? I understand its a personal preference, but I am curious as to what is being used today by the members of the group: Matte , Pearl, or Both (depending on the image) Thanks.
