MIS thinks it is safest to have a cleaning-flushing cart middle 
step.  While you'll probably never get all the old ink out of those 
old carts, I might flush those good with distilled water and then use 
them as the set of cleaning carts.  I'd probably just mix some of my 
generic base (35% glycerol, 10% Photo Flo, remainder distilled water) 
to use as the flushing solution.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
