MIS and Image Specialists are two different companies. MIS buys ink 
from Image Specialists.

Yes the cleaning fluid from Image Specialists does contain ammonia, 
just like the inks. Original formula Windex (with ammonia) works pretty 
well, especially for purging since you can buy the generic ammonia 
glass cleaner in gallon bottles really cheap. Just make sure to purge 
the line empty when you are done with Windex, the blue color does 
persist if you do not get the lines purged.
