I do not have Elements 6, but in version 4 when the "Show More Options" is checked in the print preview the "QTR" profiles show, but they are divided into 2 groups. The RGB versions are with most of the other ICCs, and the ICCs made with the standard Create ICC are in a second group near the bottom of the list. If you still don't see them, try using Windows Explorer to see if they show up in the folder.
