I'm using Red River# 1682, 68lb Ultra-Pro Satin..About $.30/sheet in a 100 sheet box..great for proofing..Great for final image as well! Hi, I plan on using Ilford Gold paper also. For proofing paper, I chose Costco's Kirkland paper. While it's a glossy paper, it will be closer to Gold Silk than matte paper. And the price is so low and the results surprisingly good, that I can make prints with different tonality from N-1 to Sepia to evaluate an image and it still won't cost much. But if there a a better and low cost proofing paper for Ilford Gold silk, I'd like to know also. Cheers, Andre [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
